Before launching my business, I completed the National Home Watch Association's Home Watch Boot Camp and successfully passed the certification exam. I also completed additional professional training in hurricane preparedness, HVAC systems, and industry best practices. I was a proud member of the National Home Watch Association from 2022 through 2026, where I remained committed to continuing education and maintaining high professional standards.

Since launching my business in 2022, I have combined that formal training with years of hands-on experience caring for luxury homes throughout Lakewood Ranch. My education provided a strong foundation, while real-world experience has allowed me to continually refine my inspection process and deliver the level of service my clients expect.

When choosing a home watch provider, experience and training matter. While anyone can advertise home watch services, not everyone has invested in professional education or understands the responsibilities involved in protecting an unoccupied home in Florida. You'll receive a notification the morning before each scheduled visit, followed by a detailed inspection report with photographs after every inspection.
